The next West Lothian Question
The successor question to West Lothian according to the territorial extent bill

Rationalism 1) An English Parliament is finally on the agenda as the Westminster Parliament is discussing the Territorial extent bill which will mean that elected federal MPs will decide the Monmouthshire question upon the advice of the devolved Cardiff Parliament (as it now has primary law making powers).
If anyone in Monmouthsire wishes to object do so through the Gwent County / Borough councillors and your AMs. If Englands residents wanted it back it would need to petition through either an English Grand Ctte (English WEstminster MPs) or a new devolved English Parliament under a federal written constitution laid down in law and referendum.
Monmouthshire is in my view Welsh but that is the successor question to West Lothian and should be on the agenda hypothetically in the coming Westminster debate, especially as the Lords is reformed (man I would so want a peerage to vote through that bill, lol). Anyone wanna do a Tam Dayell in the Commons then?
There is also the question of whether the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and other territories such as Gibraltar would like to accede into a federal UK.

4 Comments:
That is allegedly how the Russian Federations constituent states and oblasts do it under their written constitution.
There is thus no need for an English (or for that matter Welsh, Scottish or Irish) Republican Army and there isn't one, sorry Chancellor Wales.
so any MP in the Commons wannna ask this question?
Also there are no such things as teh Welsh or Scottish Republican armies.
