Interpol arrest warrant for Gadaffi

Interpol have now issued arrest warrants for Col Gadaffi, His son Saif Al Islam and their intelligence chief. From now on anyone who harbours them may be an accessory which is why according to 24 Hour news channels some of his generals are leaving the country and claiming asylum as a defeated combatant (a reason why the UK used to accept some refugees at teh beginning and during the Cold War). The rest of the Gaddaffi Family if non combatant have the same human rights as the rest of that states population and are entitled to asylum under international law. However whether the combatants are also allowed this I don't know. Hence if you're in Sirte or Wani Balid its better to surrender.
