Could a new party in Scotland win over scottish Lib DEm and non aligned voters or t5hose who haven't voted tory in over 30 years for the UK legislature. Scotland is devolved and has a seperate legal system (as evolved and adapted by UK and now devolved law) so it could rebuild the UK and expand the centre right north of the border.

Or it could become the party of the Forth - Clyde and seek to win over Scotlands towns and cities from Labour.
