Sinn fein and the Irish presidency
If Sinn Fein can come third in a presidential election in the Irish (southern) Republic after power sharing in the North Stormont according to treh rule of law, then there is no need for dissident violence.
As such a written Uk constituion with procedures for right of secession of Northern Ireland to Commonwelath state status should be considered as part of teh final stage of Lords reform as it can't be a judge led matter as it needs democratic legitimacy (ie an election mandate In NI and UK wide in 2015).
How the second chamber is reformed into regional grand cttes is a matter for parliament and teh incoming Irish president can put his input and that of teh Dail through tehBritish Irish council / council of teh Isles or even by rejoining the Commonwealth if both parts of Ireland ever voted for reunification or teh south unilaterally wished to do so.
