Are child rioters career criminals?
If the rioters are really career criminals at teenage age, shouldn't the objective be to find out who taught them to make the molotovs, light the fires and throw the bricks?

Methinks the state or its voluntary affiliates can manage protests if thats not disrespectful
Thats why after sentance and doing voluntary service they need counselling and talking but not medication therapy, the question is under DWP guidelines will they then qualify for a high enough amount of ESA or universal credit so that they don't reoffend and find work.
