Jobs at the MOd or nuclear detterant

This is probably not the most polite thing to suggest but given that MOd Staff are facing cuts could these be avoided by the removal of nuclear weapons by every nation in the world under international auspices. Frankly the world can't afford them.

So I'm guessing James has a view that the job of a military is solely self defence and aiding humanitarian missions and disaster relief, not scaring countries into submission. Must have been born after World War 2 and while the UN has been in existence.
