syrian peace deal?

The peace deal Assad is offerring is him as head of state, new constitutional law, with referendum to approve it and a new parliament. The alternative is a Gulf war no fly zone and ongoing limitation of casualties until one side is stupid ebnough to use chemical weapons and an invasion like Iraq and Afghanistan. How this is squared with international law having indited him as a war criminal for a slaughter of women and children last year is one I don't know how to answer.




I am therefore applying to read an LLB this september and becoming a reader (library member) in a central london library.
