While any criticism of teh syrian regime that calls from Jordan its most peaceful nieghbour with the least record of extremism is good, before the former PM can be considered for office or serve in any other than an interim capacity, there needs to be an explanation for the alleged murder of children this spring. ok so the deal re lords reform re boundaries is off. I wonder how many tory mps will not get elected at teh next election because the boundaries are now willfully left unfair against them becaause tehy defended the lords. If Scotland secedes, teh rest of teh country could be a Labour outright win in 2015 now. if not that then a Labour Lib Dem coalition

If you're the dad in this country you have to ascertain the fact in birth certificates, local authority register and the like when no communication is forthcoming. Then you apply for custody / visiting rights but in English Law the onus is on the parent who brought the child up unless they're an alcie, narco or have mental health issues that are untreated or unsupported by the voluntary sector. Ic...
...ons still rule the law on this matter.
The matter of if the child has been fostered / adopted is a matter of civil law and not accessible to the father. I have received no wirtten notification at any stage. That is also a matter for the faith community concerned as RCs are good at the adoption business. The only way out if a male uni student and wanting custody is to ask for assistance of teh chaplain to find out. This is particulary important if the student was on an overseas exhange at the time given their legal variations from UK law. The procedure is in canon as I now understand it.

Further to speaking to you this week.
I am writing to ask that if you are no longer in a position to maintain the house where my brother and I have grown up by yourself or through the current letting agency (as garage and front doors were smashed and boarded up this autumn, that it is let out to your second wifes family while her step grandkids do their Sixth form / FE and part time working part time study HE so that by not going to halls of residence they keep a higher credit rating and don’t lose their employability in the workplace. If your financial advice is that the house is better off sold and a two bed flat is purchased for that within the parish where you live, then do it.
I do not want to inherit anything from you and suggest that whatever you were going to leave to me goes towards extending the Church hall of St Mary South Ruislip and building an atrium structure between the hall, church and chapel, and if the council can gift the land behind the church to it as a gift from Her Majesty the Queen (the sovereign of the Commonwealth), a scout hut is built there as well as further space for a second garden of remembrance, as I detest the idea of ordinary parishs with small space having interned urns compared with long term rental car parks and every so often forbears get dug up and scattered on the rose garden behind the sacristy and dug up by their grandkids.
By building said hut the church can over the next three to four decades build up the next generation of couples to marry and raise their families, especially pertinent if RAF facilities move to Heathrow if a Thames estuary airport gets built. That way there could also be a church of England primary in the parish without recourse to the sale and production of any adult publications so that the church can remain a safe space.
To that end I attach the following written testimony and in church and crown like the protestors outside St Paul’s cathedral claim a job at the Bank of England or at the Cathedral church of the diocese of London as I am studying religious studies and community studies at Birkbeck
